Key Responsibilities
• Lead ServiceNow development and implementation projects
• Work on ServiceNow CSM and BMCO modules
• Design technical solutions and architecture
• Handle integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Lead team, code reviews, and deployments
• Work with clients and gather requirements

Required Skills
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
