About the Role
We are hiring a SAP IDM Consultant to deliver high-quality sap consulting solutions and support business-critical transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional who can combine technical expertise, collaboration, and execution to deliver strong business results.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and deploy SAP Identity Management (SAP IdM) solutions aligned with enterprise security standards
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support
• Architect identity lifecycle management workflows covering user provisioning, role assignments, de-provisioning, and access recertification
• Define and enforce identity governance frameworks including segregation of duties (SoD) policies System Integration & Administration
• Integrate SAP IdM with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, GRC, and third-party systems via connectors and APIs
• Manage the SAP IdM repository, dispatcher, and runtime engine configurations
Required Skills
• 12 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications preferred: • Define and enforce identity governance frameworks including segregation of duties (SoD) policies
• Candidates who can join within Immediate to 7 days are preferred
