Key Responsibilities
• Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-driven solutions within our medical billing platform
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI (LLMs), along with strong software engineering fundamentals
• This role involves working closely with product, engineering, and data teams to deploy production-grade AI models that directly impact healthcare operations and revenue cycle outcomes
• Responsibilities and Duties: ● Model Development: Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for use cases like claim automation, document classification, anomaly detection, and revenue prediction
• ● AI Integration: Implement AI/ML models into Zealie’s production systems using scalable APIs and microservices
• ● Generative AI & NLP: Build solutions using LLMs for automating prior authorization, insurance verification, and claims summarization
Required Skills
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment
• Candidates who can join within Immediate to 7 days are preferred
