Key Responsibilities
• Position Overview: The Mortgage Processor will be responsible for managing and processing mortgage loan applications from origination through to closing
• This role requires strong knowledge of the mortgage lending process, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with borrowers, lenders, and underwriters
• The ideal candidate will ensure that all documentation is accurate and compliant with federal, state, and lender guidelines
• Required Skills & Qualifications · Proven experience as a Mortgage Processor, preferably in the U.S
• · Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and other mortgage loan products
• · Familiarity with mortgage underwriting guidelines and the end-to-end mortgage process
Required Skills
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Candidates who can join within Immediate to 7 days are preferred
