QA – Manual tester — Java We’re looking for a QA Engineer who thinks like a user, breaks things like an adversary, and communicates like a pro. You’ll be embedded with engineers and product from day one — not handed a checklist, but trusted to figure out what needs testing and why.
What you’ll do:
You’ll test features before they reach real users – across web and mobile. That means writing test cases, running regression and exploratory testing, filing bug reports that engineers actually understand, and speaking up when something doesn’t feel right even if it technically “works.” You’ll be part of the build, not a gate at the end of it.
What we’re looking for:
Someone who’s done this for 1–3 years and has developed instincts — you know what to test first, where things usually break, and how to communicate a bug without a back-and-forth. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, don’t need a perfect spec to get started, and care deeply about what the end user experiences. No automation needed right now, but a curious mind that’s open to growing into it will fit right in.
