About the Role
We are hiring an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to support SAP Ariba implementation, configuration, integration, and procurement transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP Ariba Buying, Guided Buying, SAP S/4HANA Procurement, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand procurement requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver successful SAP Ariba implementations and integrations with SAP S/4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Ariba Implementation
• Lead and support end-to-end SAP Ariba Buying implementation and enhancement projects
• Configure and implement Guided Buying solutions based on business and procurement requirements
• Participate in SAP Ariba implementation, rollout, integration, and support activities
• Leverage experience from multiple end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects to deliver effective solutions
• Configure SAP Ariba functionality in accordance with SAP best practices and business requirements
Procurement & Business Processes
• Analyze and support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) business processes
• Work with procurement and business stakeholders to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Translate business requirements into functional SAP Ariba solutions
• Support integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA Procurement processes
• Ensure procurement workflows and processes are aligned with organizational policies and business objectives
SAP S/4HANA Integration & Migration
• Support SAP Ariba migration and integration activities with SAP S/4HANA On-Premise environments
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful data and process integration between Ariba and S/4HANA
• Support integration testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
• Contribute to SAP Ariba integration initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud where applicable
Stakeholder Management & Delivery
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Prepare functional specifications and support solution design discussions
• Work with cross-functional and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions within project timelines
• Participate in SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support activities
• Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and end-user support as required
Required Skills
• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Ariba
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Buying and Guided Buying configuration
• Experience delivering at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
• Experience integrating and migrating SAP Ariba solutions with SAP S/4HANA On-Premise
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Procurement
• Strong understanding of the SAP Ariba Sourcing Suite
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Ariba solutions
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is a strong advantage
• Experience working on large-scale procurement transformation programs
• Experience with SAP Ariba integration and migration projects
• Knowledge of SAP procurement best practices and enterprise purchasing processes
• Experience working with geographically distributed business and technical teams
• Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice will be preferred
