About the Role
We are hiring an experienced SAP ECP Consultant to support business-critical SAP HCM payroll and employee central payroll initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned SAP professional with deep expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), strong functional and technical understanding, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality payroll solutions in a dynamic onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support SAP ECP implementation, enhancement, integration, and support activities
• Configure and manage SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) processes based on business and statutory requirements
• Work on payroll schema, rules, wage types, payroll control records, and payroll execution processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP ECP solutions
• Support integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECP
• Analyze payroll-related issues, troubleshoot errors, and provide timely resolution
• Support testing activities including unit testing, UAT, and payroll validation
• Ensure payroll processes comply with organizational policies and local legal/statutory requirements
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and knowledge transfer materials
• Provide post-implementation support and assist in optimizing payroll operations
Required Skills
• 10+ years of overall SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM Payroll / SAP ECP
• Proven experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations and support projects
• Strong understanding of payroll configuration, payroll processing, and HR/payroll integrations
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working on onsite consulting engagements in enterprise SAP environments
• Ability to work independently and manage short-term project deliverables effectively
• Candidates who can join on short notice will be preferred
• Prior experience in Middle East / GCC payroll environments will be an advantage
