About the Role
We are hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support HR transformation, implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and the ability to translate HR business requirements into effective system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure, support, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors solutions based on business requirements
• Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Participate in implementation, enhancement, testing, and production support activities
• Support integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM or other enterprise applications
• Perform system configuration, validation, testing, and issue resolution
• Support data migration, data validation, and reconciliation activities
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios
• Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
• Support SuccessFactors quarterly release activities and system improvements
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers
Required Skills
• 3–5 years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors solutions and HR processes
• Hands-on experience in configuration and support activities
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration and data management
• Experience with testing, UAT, and production support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred
• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects
• Knowledge of SAP HCM integration
• Experience working with global HR teams
• Candidates available to join on short notice will be preferred
