About the Role
We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Technical Architect – Payment Processing & CRM Integration Platform Consultant to design and lead scalable enterprise integration solutions connecting payment processing platforms, CRM systems, APIs, and business applications.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise architecture, integration platforms, payment technologies, API-driven architectures, and CRM integrations. This role requires strong technical leadership and the ability to work with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Define technical architecture for payment processing and CRM integration platforms
• Design scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise integration solutions
• Architect APIs, microservices, integration layers, and event-driven workflows
• Design integrations between payment platforms, CRM systems, ERP systems, and external applications
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into architecture solutions
• Establish integration standards, design patterns, security controls, and technical governance
• Lead technical discussions with engineering, product, security, and business teams
• Evaluate technology platforms and recommend suitable architectural approaches
• Support payment transaction processing, reconciliation, error handling, and integration workflows
• Define strategies for monitoring, logging, performance optimization, and system reliability
• Review technical designs, code, integrations, and implementation approaches
• Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and technical architecture
• Strong experience in enterprise application architecture and integration platforms
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems and payment integration patterns
• Extensive experience with APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems
• Experience integrating CRM platforms with enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of security, authentication, authorization, and data protection
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and enterprise integration patterns
• Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms
• Experience with payment gateways, payment processors, or financial technology platforms
• Knowledge of REST, GraphQL, messaging, webhooks, and event streaming
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience leading large-scale transformation or integration programs
• Strong documentation and architecture governance skills
