About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Sales Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Salesforce Flows, Agentforce Actions, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
This role involves working closely with senior business and technical stakeholders to understand complex requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in building intelligent Agentforce agents that leverage Salesforce data and external enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with senior business and technical stakeholders to understand business requirements and use cases
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and well-designed Salesforce technical solutions
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered Agentforce agents for real-world business use cases
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Salesforce Flows, and Agentforce Actions
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality based on business requirements
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as ERP platforms to securely fetch, process, and exchange data
• Design and implement APIs, data transformations, and robust error-handling mechanisms
• Ensure Agentforce solutions incorporate appropriate guardrails, security controls, and Salesforce best practices
• Follow Salesforce architectural patterns, governor limits, development standards, and best practices
• Work with Salesforce data models, security frameworks, permissions, sharing rules, and access controls
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of Salesforce and Agentforce solutions
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and provide regular updates on progress and technical decisions
Required Skills
• 5–8 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud
• Practical, hands-on experience building and deploying Salesforce Agentforce agents in real-world projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development using Apex, Salesforce Flows, and Agentforce Actions
• Good understanding of Salesforce security, data models, permissions, sharing, and access controls
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architectural patterns, governor limits, and platform best practices
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, data transformation, and error-handling strategies
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems such as ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of AI-powered Salesforce solutions and the use of guardrails for Agentforce agents
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer, Administrator, or relevant Agentforce certifications
• Experience working on large-scale or enterprise Salesforce implementations
• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud and advanced integration architectures
• Experience working with complex Salesforce ecosystems and multi-system enterprise environments
• Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice will be preferred
