About the Role
We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer / Data Scientist with 6+ years of experience to design and build intelligent, production-grade AI systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building agentic systems and transforming LLM capabilities into reliable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build single-agent and multi-agent systems with complex orchestration and workflows.
- Develop production-grade RAG pipelines, semantic search, vector embeddings, and vector databases.
- Build end-to-end AI workflows covering data ingestion, retrieval, reasoning, tool calling, inference, and response.
- Engineer prompts, context strategies, and agent workflows for accuracy and reliability.
- Design domain-specific guardrails for complex business scenarios.
- Build and manage LLM evaluations (Evals) to measure quality, accuracy, hallucination, and task performance.
- Debug and trace agentic workflows using LangSmith, MLflow, or similar tools.
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and technologies and implement suitable solutions in production.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Experience with RAG, vector embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Experience building and orchestrating multi-agent systems.
- Experience designing custom AI guardrails and LLM evaluations.
- Experience with LangSmith, MLflow, or similar AI observability platforms.
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade agentic AI systems.
- Understanding of accuracy, latency, cost, reliability, and scalability trade-offs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing end-to-end AI system architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on ambiguous requirements.
- Ability to transform experimental AI solutions into reliable production systems.
- Experience evaluating and adopting emerging AI frameworks and technologies.
