About the Role
We are hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to support implementation, configuration, integration, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, HR/HCM business processes, data migration, integrations, and end-to-end implementation delivery.
The successful candidate will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure effective Employee Central solutions, support integrations with SAP HCM/ECP and other SuccessFactors modules, and ensure successful testing and production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Configuration
• Configure, enhance, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions
• Configure and manage Employee Data, Foundation Objects, and Metadata Framework (MDF) objects
• Configure Business Rules, Workflows, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and Position Management
• Support HR business processes and translate business requirements into effective Employee Central configurations
• Ensure system configurations follow SAP SuccessFactors best practices and business requirements
Integration & Data Management
• Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM/ECP
• Work on integrations with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and enterprise applications
• Support employee and HR master data migration activities
• Perform data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and migration support
• Troubleshoot integration and data-related issues in collaboration with technical teams
Implementation, Testing & Support
• Participate in at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation
• Support requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
• Prepare and execute test scenarios for Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues
• Support SAP SuccessFactors quarterly releases and assess the impact of new features and changes
Documentation & Stakeholder Management
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test documents, and other project deliverables
• Work closely with HR, business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers
• Communicate solution recommendations, configuration decisions, and project updates effectively
• Support knowledge transfer and user guidance activities where required
Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC implementation, configuration, integration, and support

• Strong understanding of HR and HCM business processes
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC data migration and data validation
• Experience integrating Employee Central with SAP HCM/ECP and other SuccessFactors modules
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation project
• Strong experience with testing, UAT, production support, and issue resolution
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is mandatory or strongly preferred
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors quarterly release activities
• Experience working on large-scale HR transformation programs
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration technologies and HR data replication processes
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams and remote project environments
• Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice will be preferred
