Key Responsibilities
• Key Responsibilities: · Perform Current Owner, Two Owner, and Full Owner Searches with accuracy and attention to detail
• · Examine property records, deeds, mortgages, tax assessments, liens, and judgments to verify title status
• · Analyze and summarize search findings clearly and concisely
• · Ensure compliance with state and client-specific title standards
• · Identify and report issues or discrepancies that may affect title transfer
• · Collaborate with team members to maintain high productivity and quality standards
Required Skills
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Candidates who can join within Immediate Joiner are preferred
