Key Responsibilities
• Position Overview: The Voice and Accent Trainer is primarily responsible for training the new hires on Voice & Accent concepts.Coach the associates on call attributes
• Conduct TNA to identify areas of improvement Monitor employee performance and measure ROI Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, class room training, online Training and E learning
Required Skills
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Candidates who can join within Immediate Joiner are preferred
