We are hiring an experienced Python Developer to design and build scalable backend and AI-driven enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, backend development, cloud technologies, and multi-agent AI systems.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of sophisticated AI applications that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems and APIs. You will work with modern agentic AI frameworks, cloud-native technologies, and CI/CD practices to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and FastAPI
• Build secure, high-performance APIs and backend services for enterprise applications
• Develop solutions that integrate seamlessly with internal and external enterprise systems
• Optimize backend applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
AI & Multi-Agent Systems
• Design and develop enterprise multi-agent AI systems using Google ADK and similar frameworks
• Build and orchestrate AI agents for complex enterprise workflows and use cases
• Develop agent communication, coordination, orchestration, and memory management capabilities
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and business applications
• Contribute to the development of intelligent and scalable agentic AI architectures
• Support the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts where required
Cloud Deployment & DevOps
• Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Work with cloud services including Cloud Run and Pub/Sub
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI
• Support automated application deployment, testing, and release processes
• Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and cloud resource utilization
• Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams to improve cloud deployment practices
Enterprise Integration & Collaboration
• Integrate AI-powered applications with enterprise platforms, APIs, and external services
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design activities
• Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues
• Continuously improve application reliability, performance, and scalability
Required Skills & Experience
• Approximately 5 years of experience in backend software development
• Strong hands-on experience with Python
• Experience designing and developing backend applications using FastAPI
• Experience building enterprise multi-agent systems using Google ADK or similar agentic AI frameworks
• Strong understanding of agent orchestration and multi-agent communication patterns
• Experience with agent memory management and communication protocols
• Hands-on experience deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with Cloud Run and Pub/Sub
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, particularly CircleCI
• Strong understanding of API development and enterprise system integration
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) principles
• Experience working with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, grounding, and AI evaluation techniques
• Familiarity with the A2A Agents Framework and agent-to-agent communication concepts
• Experience working in a consulting environment, particularly on technology-driven transformation projects
• Experience with enterprise AI and cloud-native application development
• Candidates with strong interest or hands-on exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions will be preferred
