About the Role
We are hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors BIB Integration Consultant to support enterprise HR transformation and SuccessFactors integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Business Integration Builder (BIB), SAP SuccessFactors, and hybrid SAP HCM environments, with proven experience in employee data replication, middleware integration, and HR system optimization.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in SAP SuccessFactors upgrade, implementation, and transformation projects
• Configure, support, and optimize Business Integration Builder (BIB) integrations
• Manage employee master data replication between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM systems
• Analyze business and technical requirements for HR integrations and recommend scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot interface, replication, middleware, and integration issues across HR systems
• Collaborate with HR business users, functional consultants, middleware teams, and technical stakeholders
• Support system testing activities including SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Monitor data replication processes and ensure data consistency, integrity, and synchronization across platforms
• Support SAP CPI / PI-PO integrations, APIs, Web Services, and IDoc-based interfaces
• Resolve production incidents and deliver system enhancements to improve integration performance
Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in SAP HRMS, SAP HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integration and Business Integration Builder (BIB)
• Experience with hybrid SAP HR architecture and employee master data replication
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, and Time Management (TM)
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI, PI/PO, APIs, Web Services, IDocs, and middleware integration concepts
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors upgrade and transformation projects
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Fiori HR applications
• Experience in HR data migration, validation, and interface monitoring
• SAP SuccessFactors certification will be an added advantage
• Experience in global HR implementations is preferred
• Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice will be preferred
